SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping with tracking worldwide.
PLEASE NOTE: As of February 2020, due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, there are global shipping delays in logistics.
Please rest assured that your order is on its way and will be arriving to you, but depending on the airline’s activity and the pandemic situation in your country, a delay in package arrival due to COVID-19 should be expected.
Shipping Zone & Costs:
- Shipping charges vary depending on countries and shipping methods.
- A detailed shipping charge is available on the checkout page when the shipping address is filled out.
- Shipping charges are subject to change and will be determined at the time of the order.
Order processing time:
- The item in stock is shipped in 7 to 10 BUSINESS days.
- Large sizes (size 9 and above) are made-to-order and shipped in about 15 days. It may be delayed during peak shopping season.
- Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday will be processed on Monday. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday.)
Shipping Leading Time:
- All orders are delivered via delivery service with written trackable records.
- It usually takes 5 to 20 business days from shipment to arrival.
- The shipping lead time may be extended during peak shopping seasons or due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays).
Shipment Tracking:
- A package tracking number is emailed to you once the package is on the way.
- To track the package, please log into your account and click on the tracking number of your package.
- For some countries, after the tracking number is submitted, it may take 4 to 5 days for the tracking details to be available online.
No P.O. Box:
We will not ship to PO boxes, military APO boxes, or FPO boxes. Please enter a street address for your ship.
Change of Shipping Address:
- If you have filled out the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct address before the shipment of your order, and we will arrange it accordingly without any additional charges.
- If the package is already on the way, we will not be able to help you change the shipping address. You can contact the shipping company directly to change your shipping address.
- For any surcharges that occurred upon the change of shipping address during the shipment, they must be rendered by the buyer.
Return & Exchange:
We guarantee to accept a return or exchange within 10 days after the delivery date of your order if you are not satisfied with the articles you received, or there is any quality problem with the items.
Items need to be in their original condition to be returned.

- In the original packaging
If you require an exchange, replacement size, or alternative item(s), you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock.
Return Process:
- Please email us (support@narjisvogue.com) to request a return or an exchange, and indicate your order number in the email.
- We will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item/order back to us at the address provided.
- Provide the tracking number to our service.
- We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package. We will ship you a new item as you request (with the same price) after we receive the returned package if you request an exchange.
REFUNDS
Please note that we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed defective.
For items deemed faulty, you must contact us within 10 days. If over 10 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund/return. We can only offer refunds on items that arrived clearly damaged (holes, rips, etc.). We must approve your refund. If you break the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund/return.
For lost/stolen parcels, unfortunately, the parcel is no longer our responsibility after it has been shipped. If your parcel was marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please file an investigation with your post office immediately. We will do our best to try to relocate your parcel, but ultimately it is the post office’s job to ensure you receive your parcel.
Please make sure you entered your correct address, including your unit number if applicable. If you had an address change while your parcel was in transit, please contact your post office. We are not held responsible for any wrong addresses, address changes, or addresses with missing information.
60 Day Guarantee: If 60 days have gone by without an update on your given tracking number, please contact support@narjisvogue.com and we will issue you a full refund. This is not applicable for orders with wrong addresses, changed addresses, or addresses with missing information.
